Our charges are honest, open and competitive. We will let you know in advance If more work is needed or if anything changes,
We do not charge a callout fee.
We do not charge for parking, travel costs or include any hidden extras.
There is a minimum 1 hour charge for the first hour. Any further work will be charged on a half hour basis.
Charges @ £85.00 + VAT per first hour, followed by £70 + VAT per hour
Any following half hour thereafter will be £35.00 + VAT per half hour.
Mix and Match our Tradesmen
Why not mix and match our tradesmen with the day rate of £455.00 + VAT?
This brings the hourly charge down to £65.00 + VAT per hour for 7 hours or more.
e.g. you may need a carpenter for 2 hours, an electrician for 2 hours, a decorator for 2 hours and a gas engineer for 1 hour – this can be spread over 1 week.
